GNS is growing to offer full-day child care for toddlers and preschoolers. Each program will respond to the children’s ages, abilities and developmental needs while remaining connected through a shared philosophy of relationships, curiosity, purposeful exploration and learning through the natural world.

What Families Can Expect
Although our Toddler and Preschool programs respond to different developmental stages, both are guided by the same view of children as capable, curious and rich in potential.
Each day will follow a predictable but flexible rhythm that includes responsive care, meals and snacks, rest, indoor and outdoor exploration, and opportunities for both individual and shared experiences. Educators will observe closely, respond to children’s cues and interests, and introduce thoughtful materials, questions and challenges that extend learning without taking away the discovery.
Families can expect open communication and a collaborative relationship that helps educators understand each child’s routines, strengths, interests and support needs.
